I enjoy recreating in the outdoors, and the Eastern Sierra is truly top-notch in that aspect. Pretty much all of my hobbies are movement based, i.e. mountain biking, skiing, alpine fly fishing, hiking, trail running, and new this year - line dancing. Hello late diagnosed ADHD! I absolutely love the outdoor access and the community I have here. If you're reading my bio I hope that means you're about to become part of that community.
For as long as my memory goes back, I’ve had really terrible self-esteem. I've always been hyper-aware of myself in social spaces and felt uncomfortable in my own skin. I’ve worked hard to improve my relationship with myself, step out of my comfort zones, and to be proud of my accomplishments. I plan on continuing this journey for the rest of my life.
I feel it's never too late to start exercising, and believe it's critical in supporting longevity, health, and independence as we age. I absolutely enjoy coaching people of all fitness capabilities, but right now my passion is in coaching beginners. I focus on instilling good movement habits for injury prevention and ensure everyone gets some one on one time with me during class.
